see relatedWhat a beautiful day this is! Here's the view in front of our house this morning. Just lovely!
And I'm feeling so productive!
I got my laundry hung out this morning. What's nicer on a morning like this than laundry blowing in the breeze. I made sausage patties to take camping this week-end, and at the moment am baking peanut butter chip cookies, also for camping. While I was doing this I cleaned out a couple of cupboards and packed my boxes with what I could for for the week-end.
I also made these seasoned pretzels earlier this morning. These are also to take along when we go camping. I thought I would share the recipe with you.
Seasoned pretzels
1 pound small pretzel twists
1 package ranch dressing mix
1/2 t. lemon pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. dill weed
1 cup oil (I only used about 2/3 cup)Pour pretzels into large bowl.
In another bowl combine dressing mix and seasonings.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Mix well. Let set 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bake at 250 for 20 minutes. Stirring after 10 minutes.
What a yummy snack. I need to put them away because it's hard for me to stay away from them!

And here is a link to a blog I enjoy reading. She is having a great give-a-way right now. Go over and check it out. http://www.themennobrarian.com/

That's a beautiful view! The pretzels, I mean. Just kidding! Not sure where you live but it can't be the perpetually rainy northeast with skies that blue. Can't wait to try the pretzel recipe.
I just saw you at the Mennobrarian's site. Do you live out in the country? We have a glorious view of the sky where we are.
@cwjphotos - Yes, we live in central Pa.
That first picture looks like it could be on a postcard!! How beautiful!
