Today a week ago Annette graduated from high school. It was on Memorial Day and it was a beautiful day. It was a very busy week-end for us, but everything buzzed along just fine and we survived!
Outside the gazebo at the tabernacle. She managed to make valedictorian, which made us quite happy!
Marching along to "Pomp and Circumstance." valedictorian and salutatorian
The valedictorian gives her speech.
Class song "Find Us Faithful."
We had her graduation party on Friday evening because of the previous week-end being so busy. We hoped and prayed it wouldn't rain, and the evening actually turned out very nice.
Now school's out, most of the outside work is done, and maybe we'll have time to do some fun things!

Congratulations, mother of the valedictorian! That's quite an accomplishment!
Congratulations to you guys!! What is Annette planning to do now that she's done with school?
You must be very proud of her accomplishments. And rightfully so!
Way to go, Annette!!!! Congrats, mom, for having such a smarty pants! She's adorable and it looks like the party was a lot of fun - what a great deck. Is that her whole graduating class? What are her plans? Thanks for letting us share in her special day ~
@AngelAsh_86 - She would like to do some more schooling but is a bit undecided. She may go to Bible college for year, or there is a business school here that she's thought of attending. Possibly something secretarial in the medical field. Right now she's working at Subway, has a cleaning job and helps the neighbors in their strawberry patch!
